How do you know you've received a note?

Hi all,

My second question, grateful for your help.

When a note is create for others (or one person), how do you know you've received a note? I've tried to create a note for a colleague but only when my colleague goes to that specific object, the note pops up. Is there anyway of setting up an email alert?

Thanks, so it seems like you can't get a notification.

I wish they had that feature, that way the feature will be very useful.

This is a nice idea and really useful for end users. But it could be difficult as the Users accessing from Access Point may use different IDs than Active Directory IDs. But lets wait for QlikTech to respond to this idea.
