There is no specific support process for QlikView. The support process and requirements will be driven by the company you work for, usually the IT depertment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is not what you mean, please clarify what you mean by 'support process'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
