Personal Edition Can't Open Other's User File?

Hi, I am curious about this.

Currently I am using personal edition for demo purpose.

And I can't open the Qlikview file created by others user?

Please see the print screen attached.

This is correct. PE users may only open qvw files that were either:

1. Created by the same user.

2. "Personal Edition enabled" by Qliktech -- for example, the files on the demo site.

PE users cannot open files created by other PE or licensed users.

Hi Benjamin,

YOu cannot use Personal edition for opening the files created by other users or created in other computers. A maximum of 4 times is allowed. If you want to open you need to lease a license from your Qlikview server or you need to buy a license.
