Section Access from Publisher

I am applying Section Access from Publisher.

The Server has CUSTOM Users.

When i fetch the Publisher section access table from the Section Access>Publisher Authorization

No Table is Found there.

Please Advice

Hi,

You have made an insert from ' Insert / Section Access / Publisher Authorisation' ?

In QMC, you have defined an authority table ?

'QMC / Users / Section Access Management'

Looking at your screenshot you need to change the file type to HTML.

HI,

Apply section access using publisher then double click on section access table url , it will open a new tab, copy url of this tab then follow path as mentioned below:-

open Qvw application -- go to edit script->insert -> Publisher Authentication-copy and paste the path into Missing URL -> Enter -> next-finish

I am following the above steps but

when i paste the url then no table is found

However I created a table on Publisher.

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this will help but you can try the following:

http://yourservername:4780/QMS/AuthTable

Your server's port (4780) could be different. The above is the default for most servers.

Hello,

i was facing same issue, after trying with user which is in QlickView Administrator Group now i am able to see my Section access table defined at Publisher.

Th user with which i am trying is already in Qlik Administrators group,still i am not able to see table.
