Text Box link to an e-mail account

Hello,

Do you know how whoch "action" should I put in a text box in order to link this action to an e-mail ? I mean I want users to be able to click on a Text Box and as a result I want an e-mail to be opened so the user can send feedback to an especific e-mail account.

Hi Dani,

You can use following Action:

Action Type: External

Action : Open URL

And then type the url of the mail in the URL box which you want to open on click of the text box.

Hi Shyamal,

That opens a url web but not an e-mail account.

And then you type Mailto:john@doe.com so url should work

You could use Launch to open Outlook

Yeah, that way you can open a web based mail, might be something like : www.gmail.com

If you want to open an application (Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes), may be you can try with the action "Launch"
