I want to create a model that mach people to jobs

let me more define it more.

I have hundreds of people that should be matched to jobs based on some criteria like intelegense and so on

I mean i have the intelegence of these people and for example a IT manager should have >115 IQ and have >115 analitical thinking( these numbers are in a excel sheet) and in other sheet I have critera of each job.

my question is: qlikview can help me to find my desired people or I should SQL server or other software?

Hi,

Once you load the necessary tables, you can use qlikview scripting to achieve the matching. There is no need to write sql server or other software to design the model.
