    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to create a model that mach people to jobs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let me more define it more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have hundreds of people that should be matched to jobs based on some criteria&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; like intelegense and so on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I mean i have the intelegence of these people and for example a IT manager should have &amp;gt;115 IQ and have &amp;gt;115 analitical thinking( these numbers are in a excel sheet) and in other sheet I have critera of each job.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my question is: qlikview can help me to find my desired people or I should SQL server or other software?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry I am beginner in qlikview&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you load the necessary tables, you can use qlikview scripting to achieve the matching.
