    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a pivot table with 3 columns: Expression A (2010Sales), Expression B(2011Sales), and Expression C(YoY%).&amp;nbsp; I want to conditionally format the column for Expression C...but only where the value of Expression B is &amp;gt; 10,000.&amp;nbsp; I can't figure out how to accomplish this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Is it possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp; Dan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Thanks, Daniel.&amp;nbsp; That worked, except I probably should've mentioned that I want to conditionally format Expression C as you've described, but only when the value in Expression C is +/- 10%.&amp;nbsp; In other words, highlight the value in Expression C when it is +/- 10% &lt;STRONG&gt;AND&lt;/STRONG&gt; the value of Expression B is &amp;gt; 10,000.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
