Hi All,

When user login and open QVW document only view current year data(report), then click clear button the they want view only last years data(report). how to setup this?

Hi,

Create a trigger

Settings -> Document Properties -> Triggers -> On Open -> Add Action -> Selection -> Select in Field

Field = YearDimensionName

SearchString = =Year(Today())

Now for the Clear button add another trigger

Add Action -> Selection -> Select in Field

Field = YearDimensionName

SearchString = =Year(Today()) -1
