Hi all,

I programed an alarm in a model to be sent after the load to several users,

It works propperly but if I open the model using the accespoint two windows appears: "user preferences" and "send mail"

Do you know how can I avoid this windows??

Hello David,

Did you configured a mail server in your QlikView Server? You can do that in the QEMC, System, Setup, Mail Server.

Hi Miguel,

Yes it's configured,

the alert works propperly and the email is sent automatically.

The problem is that that two windows appears always, even if the mail has been sent before
