QMC System \ About is blank

When I'm in the QMC and click on System \ About, nothing displays under "About this Qlikview system". I don't have this issue in other environments and I can't find any errors on the QMS server. Also, I notice when I click on About, the "Supporting Tasks" tag no longer shows.

Have you restart the Server services?

The server was rebooted last Sunday and this issue was still happening on Monday. I have never seen the System \ About work in this environment since I checked it in early January.

Have you also restart the management service? Perhaps some config-files are removed whereby I assume in this case they would be newly created. Are you sure that your account had all necessary access-rights?
