Apply Bookmark action not working

I have a situation where I can't seem to get the Apply Bookmark action to work in a OnActivateSheet trigger.

The Bookmark is defined:

The OnActivateSheet trigger is set:

But activating the sheet doesn't reset the selections back to the bookmark.

I also tried creating a button with an Apply Bookmark action:

But pressing the button isn't applying the bookmark either.

Yet when I go to the Bookmarks menu and select the bookmark, it works as expected - my saved selections are restored.

Is there anything that would account for this?

Its the bookmark ID not name, use: BM05
