some remarks to "total cost of ownership":

Comparing QV with other BI-Tools

- Qlikview licence costs are moderate, depending on your needs even cheap

- deploying (implementing) a professional BI-Solution with Qlikview is one of the very cheapest ways; as it can be done in days or weeks instead of months like with other tools

to "lowest number of admins per seat" means you normally not need to hire an extra QV-Admin. This role / function can normally be done from an existing (windows, system or db-)admin.

exactly like Ronald said the Qlikview BI solution is cost effective comparing other Market BI tools and "lowest number of admins per seat" means the Qlikview administration is much easier, like to deploy/publish a dashboard is only the matter of placing the qvw file into the folder (to which you have assigned some users group) and it will be available to the users, also security and roles management is much easier, therefore you don't require hiring extra people for Qlikview server administration because it is easier.
