Pivot Table/ Condition cumulate subtotal

Hi, I'm new with Qlikview.

I want to make a pivot table with only dates of 2013, as this example:

For every worker I want to show only his employer-employee relationship for the 2013, and sum the days of work (Days Work field).

If total sums of "Days Work" is more than 180, I set "1" in the "Condition" field.

Then, I'd like to sum all values of "Condition" field.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
