When i resize the Qlikview application in Windows, all the sheet objects move and the page layout gets changed. Ordinarily this isn't an issue as the application is maximized, however some of my users tend to reduce the window size and sheet objects start overlapping each other.

How do i lock all the sheet objects down so that they don't move about when the window is resized?

This does work, sort of. The position of the objects relative to each other remains unchanged, but the position of the objects overall on my background has moved, which I think may have been the problem initially.

How would i stop them moving relative to my background?

Slightly correction to my above issue. The sheet objects actually remain unchanged relative to each other, but they all move on the background. How can I 'pin' them to the background?

The position of objects relative to the background is affected by the windows display settings.

If the scaling percentage is set different on your machine to the machine that the QVW was created on, then objects will shift compared to the background.

I had this problem when my laptop was set to 125% but other developers were using 100% scaling.

Changing my laptop to 100% scaling fixed the problem.

So essentially, there is no way of pinning the sheet objects then? As i can't stop my users making their windows smaller on their desktops

This scaling issue only affects background images on the sheet, and the position of the background image relative to the other objects.
