Statistic Step

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to make y-axis on the chart move by 10, so 10, 20, 30% etc, and used statistic step. However, it only works for certain pupils ( I am calculating the sum of scores per pupil), and doesn't work for others or when nobody is selected and it's showing the overall performance of the class. Help?

Check out the attached file.

Also static steps will work as expected only if the chart is of certain size. If you shrink the chart then to accommodate the real estate the Y axis will shrink and you wont see all the values.
