To clear a field when a variable value changes

Hi i have two calender objects for Start date and End date, each controlled by variables vStartdate and vEnddate.

When i select any of these and change the dates i want to clear all the previous selections on my date field which is cdate and cweek.

I tried using trigger to 'Clear Field'= cweek in the 'On Change' and 'On Input' triggers of the variables.

Clear Field is not working at all.... Why ??? Pls help

I think, you used "=" symbol in clear field. If so, remove that "=" sign

Trigger-> Onchange -> Clear Field -> cweek

No... i tried all combinations....

when i put clear all instead of clear field, its working....

But i need clear field itself

Try to use clear other field action first.... i.e. if you have more than one action in OnInput or OnChange, prompt the Clear Other fields action first.

Find the attachment hope it will helps you., if you have calendar object to select the date then you can follow this.,

Hi Vishnu, i am using the Personal edition. Cant open the file.
