Ive created a gannt chart with a task list on the Y axis and time on the X as youd expect.

the gannt chart was produed in MS project then exported into excel with 3 colums

1)W.B.S no

2)Task Name

3) Duration

what I want is basically the WBS no to go on the Y axis as well as the task name. having one or the other results in the table being exactly the same on the labels on the Y change as youd expect but not what Im after.

can anyone help?

Thanks for the post but unfortunatly not. the link takes me up to the point im at now. I can post the qvw however im a free user so cant open what U change but here it is for you to see what i mean.

like i said in the source excel there is a unique wbs for each task therefore the duration is the same for both the wbs and duration.
