    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Luca,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most of the time I come to the community for any issue, there are phone numbers for different areas all over the world, When I subbmit a new case in less&amp;nbsp; than 24 hours they get in touch with you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe that emergencies are for the administrators on your facilities, people should be trained to solve any problem faster, I understand your point very well, but training it´s necesary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here on the community most of the issues are described and solved here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;For whose that should support in the amount that paid to have the licenses:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you know how much time qlickview needs to answer to a question????? If we need urgent answers what we have to do? We have to call? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My point is that: if you say me that I will have 24h support, why I don't have it fast reaction?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
