Hi guys,

We have a qlikview cluster with 2 nodes.

We have a number of qvw files which serve to generate XLS and PDF reports via vbscript macros.

We have batch files which manage the qvw reload and report handling.

These batch files are located on one node. Scheduled by means of SUPPORTING TASKS in the Management Console there is a 50% possibility that the batch file will be executed on a different node. Thus, resulting in an error.

How can we make sure the SUPPORTING TASKS are executed on one particular node?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Bill,

this is absolutely ok for reloading a qvw application.

But there is no such an option for SUPPORTING TASKS. So I can't specify on which server to run a batch file.

Best regards,

Valera
