Make sure you have Document CALs in your Server License. Check in QMC > Setup > Licenses > QlikView Server License

My server has unlimited CALs.

I set 2 for Document CALs and 2 for Usage CALs.

Where do you assign the Document Cal if you haven't got the tab? Like Miguel says, I'd expect that the tab is there if your license include Document Cal's and if it doesn't then the tab might not show up.

What do you see if you go to System - Licenses - QV Server - Qlikview Server License in the QMC? Do you have a NUMBER_OF_DOCUMENTCALS section in the license?

As long as I know uncapped (IAS) use anonymous authorization, so you can´t direct assign DocCals

QlikView Information Access Server (IAS)

QlikView IAS is a QlikView Server that is licensed for an uncapped number of users, but limited to a single QlikView document. QlikView IAS runs in anonymous mode and must be publically accessible without authentication (on the public Internet), that is, it must not be placed behind a firewall. No QlikView client can access QlikView IAS – the user interface must be built by the end user either manually or by using QlikView WorkBench. Note! There is no license lease from QlikView IAS.

It´s a line similar to

If there are limitations then we can find the number of doc cals or user cals specifically in LEF

I´m trying to say that you have unlimited CAL´s.

The Document Cal´s tab are to DocCals (you seems to have no DocCals).

You should contact your QlikTech contact to talk about this issue
