Change Doc CALs

Hi ,

System shows i have 20 doc cals and all were assigned. But i don't know were those assigned.

Could you please tell me how to find those assigned DOC CALS and change them.

Hi,

The Doc Cals are assigned on the document level so if you check your documents in the QMC you should have a tab that says Document Cals. Here you can also see the users that have Doc cals assigned.

You should also make sure that assignment is NOT checked.

There it shows

Document CALs available on server: 20

Document CALs not allocated on server: 0

but i have chked all my docs. no assigned users there.

Have you deleted those documents where there prior was assigned a user? if so, then you need to recreate the document,

Do you mean deleted document?

I don't remember those deleted doc names.

is there any alternative for this.

have you by any chances deleted documents that you previously have allocated cals to?

and what make you think that you have assigned the CALs? what do you see on qmc>system>licenses>qlikview server>client access licenses>general> document cals

Hi,

As Fabrice mentioned, what does it look like under system -> server -> license tab?

And also under the Documents tab (User Documents if running publisher).Do you have any documents with assigned Doc Cals?

I have OEM server . so source doc is not available there.
