This consist of resources allocated to projects in percentages. I then sum up the percentages of each individual resource using partial sums and displaye this in a pivot table. I would like to also display an expression showing the differences based on the assumption that a resource can only be allocated 100% to project/s at any one time in a day. If a resource is not fully allocated i would like to show the available/ spare capacity on a pivot table. Then also sum up the availability/ capacity for all the resources.
