Want comparison between Targeted and actual work in Gauge chart

Dear all,

I am new to QlikView may be my Question is stupid sorry for in advance.

1. I just want formulate segment color to lighter to darker, how I don't know.

2. I want to show 2 dimension and 2 expressions in a single Gauge chart. how I don't know.

3. This related to Point No. 2, I want to divide Gauge scale strip horizontally in 2 part one part for dimension 1 and other for dimension no. 2

means I just want a comparison between Targeted and actual work in Gauge chart.

you have to joke with overlapped gauge to do if you want.

Thank you guys for the help.. Any better solution? having the overlap doesn't help as i am not able to read the below indicator value on Pop up.
