somehow filter dimensions are been cleared when click on another sheet

Hi,

Have this problem. There are about 5 sheets. and when click on one of the sheets the filter

selection is been cleared. I am not sure where this could be clearing the selection for that sheet.

when click back onto the previous sheet the filters are correct again.

Sounds like OnActivate and/or OnLeave triggers with clear all action and possibly save/restore bookmark actions. Check for triggers and their actions on both sheets in Sheet Properties | Triggers.

This is version 12.

No Triggers. Check both Document settings and Sheet settings no triggers/

finally found where it was. A Text box when activate sheet was clearing.

It would be good it there was a 'readable' meta-data file that can be read to see this instead of clicking

on dozen buttons to see properties.

So thanks for solving this

Hi,

I still have a case where the Current selection filters are been overwritten

when click on sheet.

It seems that click a button will do something. but on the Text box properties is has no triggers

or actions.

I believe somewhere, is it possible to have code that does something behind the scenes.

Otherwise maybe duplicate dimensions...

finally found where it is.

it was in another Text Object, but it was underneath another Text Object.

So it seems to have duplicates. Hence why it is not easy to ready or find.

Qlikview lacks the tools and search for objects....
