Hi,

I have 2 Domains 1. INTERNAL CUSTOMER 2. EXTERNAL CUSTOMER. There are many Customer data under these Domains mentioned below:

Internal Customer

External Customer

Customer 1

Customer 5

Customer 2

Customer 6

Customer 3

Customer 7

Customer 4

Customer 8

Customer 9

Customer 10

All these Sub Accounts are fetching data from different data sources. For eg Customer 1 is fetching data from TOOL1, Customer 2 fetching data from TOOL 2 and Customer 3 is fetching data from TOOL 3 etc..

Now here Customer 1(ticket ID) is ID, For Customer 2 its is Ticket_ID and for Customer 3 it is T_ID.

Now i want to create a master excel which recognizes these Sub Accounts & takes ID, Ticket_ID ,T_ID as Call_ID.

or let me know how Qlikview will understand and take data from columns of various excel and bring into a one view with master field names.

Since the coloumn names are different for different Sub Accounts without concatenating i want to consolidate everything into one MASTER FIELD. The idea is to reduce the manual efforts of renaming the fields.

Could anyone help me on this issue ????
