Hi,

I have users assigned as document CAL and I set the password. All is fine. I have set password to one user on 02/09/2013 now my user is reporting as Login failed when try to lgin access point. Actually when setting the password I made user changed the password when next login. Now I set the same password again and check Password never expires.

Could anyone help me what is this behaviour and at first if I set Password never expires means will it create any problem to PGO files and any problem to qlikview server? as I don't have much idea of this. This is the second time I am getting meassage from my users.

Hi Amelia,

I don't see any problem with using a never ending password from the QlikView perspective. Just make sure you have a correct setup of the directory service connector that you are using.
