QlikView Tracking Dashboard?

Does anyone have any tips on how to go about building a dashboard that would track who has access to which dashboards and who is actually using them? (I am still a beginner so you might need to 'dumb' it down )

We currently do not have a process in place and I would love to create something early on before it gets out of hand.

I would recommend having a look at the Ops Monitor app. If you do not have this already, have a look at:

I am familiar with those options but none of them truly answered my questions. I may just have to piece parts of the dashboards together and make a separate dashboard.
