      <title>How to do an update query</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a piece of SQL which loads in data for the last year from Today's date.&amp;nbsp; I schedule this information to run once a week&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, what I really want it to do one load of the SQL where I can date it back to 2010&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then once a week,&amp;nbsp; my schedule SQL will run and update the original load (which dates back to 2010) but just refreshes the last year&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone let me know that initial steps I need to take (I&amp;nbsp; think I know the first 3 stpes)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I.e.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Load data back to 2010&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)Store data for 2010 (In a QVD?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) schedule SQL to run weekly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Helen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
