Hi, I'm having a trouble when I try to get a license from my server the error is "Failed to reach server: <name server> switching to http tunneling Connected to server OK, Security settings denied access". the port 4747 it's open and the firewall down, also I tried marking the Enable server push over HTTP tunnels box.

Hi Rafael, we had the same problem and we connect to the server with a IPadress to resolve it. qvp://<192.161.x.x>

Sometimes this can be caused by an authentication issue. If the IPaddress solution is still not working, try using the Alternate Identity option and specify the "domain\username" granted for access and licensed on your QvServer.

Basically, the best connection string to use is qvp://<domain>\<username>@<192.168.x.x>
