Automatic email using alert wizard

Hi all,

I am using Qlikview Personal Edition 11

I need a help on sending mail through alert wizard. I have filled details of email configuration from 'User Preferences' menu.

and added one alert through 'Alert Wizard'. I have used 'send email' option and selected 'On open' and 'On Post Reload' in Events.

I am getting email in my mailbox when I Just test the configuration from 'User Preferences ->Email.

But not getting email when i reload the data or open this application.

Please Help

HI,

Did you get any error after reloading or open the application?

whether you are sending to your active directory users(Company mail id) or gmail, yahoo ids?

Thank you for promt reply.

No I have not got any error after reloading and/or opening application.

I am sending mails using Company mail id.

Hi,

Check your condition, whether its satisfied or not.

you can check, by checking the show popup check box. if u r not getting pop up than the condition is not satisfied to show the alert msg.

if possible, share the screen shot of alert window and mail configuration window.

Note: Check your junk mails . bcoz when i was testing first time, my mail went to junk mail@.
