Need help with aggr() function

Hi guys,

I had an issue working with aggr() fuction.Can anyone help me to fix the issue.Here are the details below.

I had a customername ,security and eid which i need to aggregate bassed on customername and also able to calulate the % bad customers.suppose

Customer name eid security

JP morgan 10002 global

Jp morgan 1003 domestic

This is how it is .Can anyone help me to aggregate them on customer name based on an expression.
