QV tunnel issue

Hi,

Qlikview server running on cluster machine.

But among the cluster one is down.So load balancing is not possile.

Few users getting qlikview tunnel issue qlikviewtunnel.dll....could not be opened while accesing remotely.

Please help me how can i resolve it.

Are the users getting this issue when trying to open the document with the IE Plugin? Have you determined if traffic is possible over port 4747 from their machines to the operational server?

They are using IE Plugin.

Your 2nd question I can't answer because I don't have too much knowledge.

My first assumption would be that there is some reason that network traffic is not being allowed over port 4747 to the server which is why you are getting the error. Can the users access the documents if they attempt to use the Full Browser verion (click View Details under the document and choose Full Browser). If this works then your likely looking at an issue with traffic not being allowed over port 4747 to the QlikView server. Do you have networking support staff that can assit you in determining if their are any firewalls rules or possible a software firewall on those workstations causing a problem?

can any one help me to resolve-

we are using QV10

in the machine name link I tested with(FromRequest) but its return the same tunnel error.

please help required.
