Use conditions to create bar charts using sample table and coulmns

Hi,

I have a big problem, sometimes tis may be easy to you.

In my data set (attached), i have cities(destinations) in different sates.

in my table i have two suplliers(A,B) and they differ from suplier column.

i want to conciser each destination and see which suplier has the minimum,

if A has the minimum in that destination add one to a, else Add one to B.

Finally i want to display the #of destinations A has best and #of destination B has good in each state.

So Please help me to solve this.
