      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hold down shift and drag the legend down beneath the bars and make it dock.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think you can change the positioin of the X axis label, but you can instead insert a 'text in chart', which can be positioned freely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
