Controlling Available Values in A list Box within a different state based on some Selections in the default state

Hi,

I have a bunch of list boxes in the default state and another list box in a separate state, call it "Company Group A" which allows a user to compare one group against another; there is another list box in the default state which also references Group Name and this shows available groups based on the users selections.

What I am trying to accomplish is to have the available values in the "Company Group A" state list box respect the current selections in the default state (excluding the Existing Group Selection from Default State) so that the user has a sensible list to choose from for comparison (avoiding them clicking on a group that won’t be applicable for the default state). When the user makes a selection in the separate state I don’t want this to affect the current selections.

I have attached an image to try and help explain what I am trying to accomplish. As you can see in Company Group A list box Group A isn't available as it has already been selected (nice to have, not essential) and Group D is marked as unavailable as the current selections in the default state do not have any records in the underlying data model for Group D.

Any help would be much appreciated.
