    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; I think its better u put everything into the excel file and them import from the&amp;nbsp; excel file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If u thing this is tedious u can create groups&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; assign the users&amp;nbsp; and gives access to the groups rather than users&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even this can be done in excel file...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or let see the other replies from the community members..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
