Dear all,

whe have build a textbox where we count a part of a whole dataset. For this we want to have a button, if you press this button this "counting" with chosen fields should be exported to Excel. Hope someone could help us?

Enable the caption of the text box and select "Send to Excel" --> like you see in the screenshot.

HI Florion,

thanks for this quik answer - but this does not work. I want to have a separate button for the Excel export and not only the calulated figure in the textbox. I need chosen data fields.

Create a button and then under the action tab you can choose export to file. Choose XLS and then choose the fields you want it to export.

Thanks for your answers, but this does not help. Hope with this screenshot my problem get clearer?

You can try giving 2 actions on the Export to excel button.

First use an action "select" to select the required values ('Select possible' or 'Select in field') and then use "Export" to export the fields you want.
