I would like to count employees based on some condition, however below expression is not working. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;=count({&amp;lt;[Report week]={$(=Max ([Report week]))}&amp;gt; * &amp;lt;[Report Fiscal Month]=[Current Month]&amp;gt;}[Employee counter])&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;I am new in QlikView and cannot find the solution so far.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;thanks in advance for advice ,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Maria&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
