I believe it can be done using pivote tables but once I have the table, I need to sort the table based on field which is not going to be in the table. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could make the sorting with the "Table Box" but I not sure it will be possible using "Pivot Table"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions pls. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use text boxes and place those over the headers. Or for a pivot table you can first create an extra table with a field for the totals labels:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Field A, Field B&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total X, X1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total X, X2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total Y, Y1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total Y, Y2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total Z, Z1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Total Z, Z2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can the add the new Field A as a dimension in the pivot table and put it above Field B. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That obviously won't work if X1, X2, Y2 ... etc are not values from a field (named Field B in this example), but expressions. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gysbert, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your suggestions. I think adding text boxes would be a simple but effective solution for me in this case. But I will try both. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
