Slicer not working with qlikview server

Hi all,

I have a document with a slicer to get a forecast of some data.

But when i upload this document to qlikviewserver and try to open it through webbrowser...

it does not work.

It takes ages to load and slicer is not visible.

Is it possible to use a slicer in this way?

I guess you are talking about the Slider/Calendar object when using it as a Slider.

You might have a problem with the layers and any other object near the slider.

Still, we would need more information. It doesn't work but takes ages to load (then it works?)? The slider is not visible or some part of it?

Could you attach the QVW file?

In attachment you will find a small example.

It opens fine with qlikview standalone, but when i open it through Internet Explorer on the qlikview server

it does nothing.

Hi,

I used to face same issue. Till now have no solution for slider object when open with Ajax. It work on desktop and IE plugin.

For me, I handle this by leave slider out from my app and replace by variable in Input Box or List Box.

Above just an idea.

What QV Server version are you using?

I tested your app with QV Server 11.20 SR2 and Chrome and IE9 and had no problems.

We use the same version of Qlikview Server

and IE10

Looks like it is a IE related issue.

Do we have to turn on or off some features in IE10?
