Multi profiles - hidden script

Hi, When I load my files...I have the correct data and measures

But when I close my file and I want to reopen it again with the user: admin and pass: admin...I got ony the measures for the user: IT pass: IT.

It is correct for the users IT and Onderhoud. But I want to see all the data when I logg in with admin.

Need some help please.

Hi,

The asterisk on the Admin entry here is telling Qlikview to reduce data for Admin for all values declared in the security table under column MISGROEP, so if you have any values not declared in the table, these will be excluded. You can use an empty space instead for the Admin entry.

EDIT: Always make sure you have a backup of your document before changing and reloading security to prevent locking yourself out.

EDIT2: Sorry, re-read your problem and it might be something else as you are only getting the values for one of the declared values.
