How to do if then endif in script

Hi

Very new to qlikview. I run part of the script on wed and others on tues

I wanted to do a big if statement

if today's weekday = 'wed'

load table 1

else

load table 2

end if.

The script gave me a big error. any insight? Thanks.

I think the only word missing is "then".

Try:

if today's weekday = 'wed' then

load table 1

else

load table 2

end if.
