Passing large list of values into listbox

I am looking to pass through a large list of values into a listbox filter (around 700 specific values), and I can't think of a better way to do this than the standard (*1*|*2*|*3*) approach, which fails in this case because the list of values (which are all 6 digit numbers) is simply too long.

Is there any way of passing through a substantial list of csv values into a listbox without changing the loading script / dashboard design?

See attached qvw. Works with at least 850+ six digit values so it should work for you.

Thanks for attaching an example - however the list of values is being entered into an inputbox (and has an associated variable) - is there any way of doing this with native listboxes instead?

In my specific case it is probably not feasible to change the filtering from standard listboxes, so it would be good to know if anything can be done in this case
