Status overview diagram - SQL formulas

Hi,

I have a listing of existing reports, grouped by area/ division: For every division, there is a nr. of reports. I have developed a system of 10 levels (0 to 9), depending on the status of the report (I'm working on implementing them in QlikView which is a multi-step process).

I want to display the status in a stacked column chart: There should be one column for every area, in total it should have the height X (corresp. to the nr. of reports there are in this area) and there should be 10 segments making up each column (for levels 0 to 9), so right now, the first segment (level 0) would cover the entire height of the column.

Can anybody lend me a hand here? I have already loaded the XL table into QlikView and established the stacked column chart I want, with the area as dimension. Up to now, I have added some formulas (less than 10 for now) simply stating a figure from the table (I manually fill in the correct numbers in the table as I go along, so QlikView just has to display those actually).

How do I now adjust the height of the columns and get the correct number displayed in their individual elements?

Thanks a lot!

Best regards,

DataNibbler

Hi,

in the meantime this has been resolved - I have made use of the help of an external consultant we are in close collaboration with.

The solution was actually not so hard, but still tricky: The Excel sheet is of course a crosstable, so I had to "tell" the script so. There were some settings involved in the properties dialog.

Now the diagram looks fine. I only have to work out how to add another diagram for percentages.

Best regards,

DataNibbler
