In my situation, I had QV9 and QV10 both installed on the server and that was point of suspecion for this error. I am still waiting for new hardware to do a fresh install of QV10 SR2 and hoping that problem will go away. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I would suggest if you wipe out QV completely adnd do a fresh install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, check your application error logs. I am sure you will see an info entry, at the same time of system error, for Application Popup saying C++ runtime error. I tried to update C++ runtime, but did not help, but may help in our case. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please post what you find.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rakesh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
