I have 10 Document CAL and 10 User CAL.

I have created 10 custom users under custom directory and put them together in a group called EVG Group.

Now I have one Data mart.qvw file for which I want to give access only to the document CAL user.

So under User Document I went on Data mart.qvw file and under Document CALs tab I added this 10 custom user.

Now when I also have around 8 windows AD users logged in to view the link

When I’m trying to login with custom user which are assigned under Document cal I’m getting below error. When I’m having 10 user CAL license and 10 Document CAL why it is giving me this error. Can you please advice me on this

Access denied! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator !

Did you assign the Doc CALs to the users as CUSTOM\UserName ?

but while i log in using custom user it does not comes as Custom\User name. it just says Welcome Username at top right side corner

Under Custom directory General tab it is mentioned as

Path: Custom

UserName: CustomDir

Passwd: ******

Port: 4735
