Displaying a message when data = 0

I am after some help.

I am after some sytax in expressing the statement below.

Where

Number_of_Non_Conformances=0 'There was no non comformances found during this Audit'

I am not sure if this should be in the script editor of expressed in the Chart expression tab.

I would appreciate any advice

Basically here is my script

I want a message to be display when my Number_of_Non_Conformances = 0 because at the moment my chart just says there is no data to display. Ideally when this happens I want the following message to be displayed – ‘There was no non conformances found during this audit’
