go to expression tab ..

in your expression there will be a + sign expand that

and give condition either in text color or in background color to make them look different

Say i have bar graph for the entire year and Feb has low value and November has high>

How this bars can be highlighted.

Max Value : IF(Rank(SUM(Amount))= 1, SUM(Amount))

Min Value : IF(Rank(-SUM(Amount))= 1, SUM(Amount))
