Hi,

Just need to confirm are other users also having the same issue? When I try to get week number for the date 31/12/2012, QV recognizes it as the 1st week of 2013

WeekName(31/12/2012) = 2013/01

I am using a personal edition and want to know if this problem is specificic to me or is a bug?

QlikView uses week numbering according to ISO, which is different from e.g. US standard numbering.

you may want to use LunarWeekName('31/12/2012') instead

You're welcome.

Well, you haven't said what calendar system you are using, but if you are using US system, LunarWeekName() is not what you are looking for. Try the function Henric posted in above referenced thread instead.
