best pratics mounted folder management

Dear all,

I've installaed a qlikview server (without publisher) and placed my document into the mounted folder (my_mounted_folder)

Normally, my documents are compesed by a combination of model_document and presentation_document.

Into my_mounted_folder I placed the presentation documents only and placed the model_documents into another folder, my_model_folder.

Browsing the access point , I see the presentation documents only.

Is this strategy correct or I've to place model_documents and presentation_documents into the same folder ?

In this case, how can I hide the model_document, so I don't see them into the access point ?

Is there some rules to manage the mounted folder ?
